The Role:
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including document preparation, file management, and client correspondence.
- Assist with legal research, document review, and case preparation in Personal Injury and Litigation matters.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team members.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure efficient workflow.
The Person:
- Previous experience in a legal support role or relevant administrative position is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and legal software applications preferred.
