Our Client is a well established, award winning employer with an impressive brand portfolio and multiple sites.  As a result of an internal move, they wish to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. 

The successful HR Business Partner will be based at the Belfast headquarters and support operational teams across multiple sites in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a strategic and practical impact.

The Role:

  • Provide specialist HR advice across all Group sites
  • Drive the talent acquisition strategy aligned to growth plans
  • Coach and guide managers on disciplinary, grievance and ER matters
  • Manage sickness and long-term absence, providing expert advice
  • Support performance management and capability development across departments
  • Deliver HR-led projects and support ethical audits (including Sedex)
  • Monitor HR KPIs and trend data to support strategic planning
  • Keep policies and procedures up to date with legal and best practice standards
  • Develop and deliver in-house HR training programmes
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
  • Promote HR compliance and a consistent approach to people management
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of work

 

The Person:

  • 3rd Level Degree qualification
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Minimum of 3 years+ HR generalist/Business Partnering experience within a fast  paced, commercial environment, essential
  • Experience of using KPI metrics to align HR strategy
  • Proven record in effectively resolving employee relations issues
  • Up to date knowledge of NI employment legislations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites with access to own transport
