Accounts Payable Specialist

We are hiring for our client – a well-established organisation based in Derry – who require an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their busy finance team on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and contribute to an essential function within the business. The Role:

• End-to-end processing of purchase invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing payments in line with agreed terms
• Resolving queries with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks

The Person:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance administration role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
