The Role:

• Lead the VAT practice, providing expert advice on Irish VAT and tax legislation to a diverse client base.
• Manage and develop the VAT team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in VAT legislation and implement necessary updates within the practice.
• Collaborate with other departments to offer integrated tax solutions and enhance client satisfaction.

The Person:

• Tax Technician or AITI qualified, with extensive knowledge of Irish VAT and tax legislation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience working in VAT, with a proven ability to manage complex VAT issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team and drive practice improvements.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence in client service.
