The Role:

The successful candidate will hold a key role within our supply chain team, reporting into the Head of Logistics EMEA, based in Balbriggan Co. Dublin.  Working with a team of international colleagues, you will help ensure an efficient, cost-effective, and fit-for-purpose solution for our fresh produce cargo. 

Duties include:

• Administration duties to assist the shipping department suppliers and customers.
• Segregating CSV files from data, and issuing to respective ports.
• Creating sailings and monitoring booking references.
• Creating, verifying and issuing stowplans to the respective ports.
• Issuing of shipping documents to clearance agents, and other interested parties as required
• Freight PO creation.
• Freight rate management in SAP.
• Invoice dispute resolution.
• 3rd party cargo management.
• Administration duties to assist with supplychain and vessel data management.
• Supplier manifest uploads.
• SAP sailings and voyage number query management.
• Data transfer between supplier systems to SAP.
• IDoc error clearing.
• Data validation and verification for loaded cargo

The Person:

• ERP experience
• Shipping line platform experience
• Claim management.
• Previous experience and knowledge of shipping operations, including clearance documents, processes and terminology. 
• Excellent organisational and problems solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Fluent English speaker and good working knowledge in Spanish an advantage.
