Description

We are hiring a Senior Financial Advisor for our client, an established financial services business in Galway. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced adviser to manage an existing portfolio while developing relationships with both high-net-worth and retail clients.

The successful Senior Financial Advisor will join a supportive business offering an attractive salary, performance-related commission and hybrid working.

The Role

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients

  • Provide tailored financial advice to HNW and retail clients

  • Build long-term relationships through regular client reviews

  • Identify opportunities across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning

  • Generate new business through referrals, networking and relationship development

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high-quality client experience

The Person

  • Fully qualified QFA

  • CFP qualified or actively working towards the qualification

  • Strong experience advising private clients on financial planning matters

  • Comfortable working with both HNW and retail clients

  • Proven relationship management and business development skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive and capable of managing an existing back book

  • Strong communication, organisation and client service skills
