Hunter Savage is exclusively partnering with a City Centre based business in the search for a Receptionist to join their Business Services team – who boast tenure, longevity, and are well known as a fantastic place to work.
Top 3 Things to Know About this Job:
- Monday-Friday 8.45am-5pm
- City Centre based
- £24k-£25k + Bonus
The Role:
- Meet and greet clients, upholding the professionalism of the business
- Coordinate internal room bookings & calendar management
- Provide administration support to the Business Services Team
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Communicating internally and externally with clients and key stakeholders
- Assisting with coordinating client events both on site and off site
- Support the marketing team with various marketing administration tasks
The Person:
- You have a strong background in Front of House, through hospitality, retail, or a professional services environment
- You are proactive, enjoy keeping busy, finding tasks to complete when Reception is a little quieter
- You have a can-do approach, a desire for continuous learning and growth
- You possess high levels of professionalism, and impeccable written and verbal communication
