We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, who is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their established and highly regarded team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions, advising high-profile clients and working alongside some of the best legal minds in the sector.

The Role:

• Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and title documentation.
• Handling commercial real estate transactions, landlord & tenant matters, and property finance.
• Conducting due diligence and advising on regulatory and planning issues.
• Working closely with clients, developers, investors, and financial institutions.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor (4+ years’ PQE) with experience in commercial and/or residential property law.
• Strong technical expertise in property transactions, leasing, and real estate finance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• A commercially focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
