Junior Legal Executive

We are hiring for our client, a well known mid-tier firm in Dublin who are seeking to bring a Junior Legal Executive on board. This role will specialise in Defence Litigation.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is at the start of their career but already has some previous experience in a legal executive role. This ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to a dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will assist solicitors in handling cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing general administrative support.

The Role:

• Assist solicitors in managing caseloads and preparing for hearings
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials
• Draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and contracts
• Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Provide administrative support as needed

The Person:

• Some previous experience in an Intern or Legal Exec is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
