The Role:

• Direct all aspects of revenue operations, focusing on accuracy and efficiency to maximise financial outcomes.
• Lead and support a team of 15-20 in Billing and Credit Control, setting and tracking departmental goals.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to develop revenue strategies, streamline workflows, and improve revenue processes in line with the organisation’s objectives.

The Person:

• Qualifications: Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience: Previous experience in a Head of Revenue role within a Legal or Accountancy Practice is essential.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills with proven success managing billing and credit control teams, plus excellent financial and analytical abilities.
