The Role:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and process invoices, reconciliations, and banking transactions
• Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Support payroll preparation and expense management
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with compliance requirements
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial queries

The Person:

• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance assistant role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
