Facilities Administrator

Hunter Savage is exclusively partnering with a fantastic organisation in the search for a facilities administrator to join their team in Dungannon. This is a Monday-Friday position, with parking available on site, and the opportunity for flexible/hybrid working.

About the Role:

As a Facilities Administrator, you will support the Facilities and Maintenance team in streamlining maintenance processes, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation. Your role will focus on increasing efficiency, minimising downtime, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. You’ll assist with planning maintenance activities, support ongoing improvement projects, and help maintain records and reporting systems that drive performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks.
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records using tracking tools.
  • Assisting in reporting and data analysis for performance monitoring.
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams and other departments for seamless operations.

About You:

You’re an organised, detail-oriented individual with a strong administrative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. You’re confident working with data, systems, and people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally bring:

  • Four GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English.
  • Experience in facilities or maintenance administration, or similar operational support roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable).
  • Strong IT literacy and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance workflows and compliance standards.
