Customer Service Internal Sales
We are hiring for our client, seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Internal Sales Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who enjoys providing top-notch support to both internal teams and external customers. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the coordination of the customer order process, from order entry to shipment, while ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.

The Role:
• Manage all aspects of order entry, processing, and shipment to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Provide exceptional support to customers regarding order status, changes, confirmations, and queries, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and planning, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain and update customer records in the SAP system, including order preferences, feedback, and contact information.
• Prepare reports for internal/external sales meetings and assist with accounts receivable (AR) when needed.
• Create export paperwork for FCA/EXW shipments and assist with forecasting and budgeting for house accounts.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies.
The Person:
• Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on sales support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable, along with experience in a global organisation.
