The Role

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the Corporate department

  • Draft, prepare, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

  • Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties professionally and efficiently

  • Assist with billing, document management, and filing of corporate documentation

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all correspondence and document preparation

 

The Person

  • 3+ years’ experience working as a Legal Secretary within a busy law firm, ideally in Corporate or Commercial law

  • Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills

  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities

  • Professional communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using legal case management systems
