The Role

• Responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the projects, including cost control, budget management and subcontractor management
• Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimates, procurement and tender process and ensure robust timely cost and value reporting at both project and business level unit
• Mentor Junior members of the commercial team.

The Person:

• Ideally 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within a similar environment
• Knowledge of construction law and contracts
• Previous experience in the MEP industry would be desirable
• Valid CSR / Safe Pass and a Clean UK / ROI Driving License.
