The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting fee earners by delivering high-quality secretarial and administrative work.

The Role:
As a Legal PA, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
• Diary management for fee earners
• Providing high-quality secretarial support, including document preparation and management
• Assisting with billing and invoicing
• Audio transcription
• Managing complex administrative tasks such as document management and billing systems

The Person:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience as a Legal PA, ideally with experience in conveyancing
• Strong proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
