This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Bid Writer to play a central role in shaping proposals, from early PQQ stage through to final submission, producing clear, professional, client-facing documents that drive strong bid outcomes.

The Role
Develop win strategies and answer plans for tenders and PQQs
Review requirements and plan overall submission approach
Research to support well-informed, high-quality bid submissions
Lead assigned bids, from kick-off meetings to coordinating written responses
Produce, edit, and review bespoke tender responses aligned with client needs
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on technical content
Prepare client presentation materials and attend interviews as required
Maintain bid information within bid software and company systems
Visit project sites to gather information for case studies
The Person
5+ years' experience preparing PQQs and tender submissions within construction or civil engineering
Third-level qualification in a construction or engineering discipline, desirable
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Highly organised, able to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
Skilled with IT and presentation tools
