Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading UK law firm to appoint a Banking / Leveraged Finance Senior or Principal Associate Solicitor into its Leeds practice. This is a rare opportunity to join an established national banking and finance team advising on leveraged finance, corporate financings and sponsor-led transactions.

The Opportunity

This Banking / Leveraged Finance Senior or Principal Associate position provides a broad practice spanning leveraged finance, cashflow and general banking. The successful candidate will support lenders, borrowers, investors and financial institutions across high-value transactions involving complex capital structures and varied sectors.

Practice Focus

The team advises on facilities agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, corporate financings, growth lending and venture debt, alongside restructures, resets, restatements and bolt-ons. The role offers substantial matter responsibility, client exposure and opportunities to contribute to business development.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have at least six years’ post-qualification experience and strong leveraged finance, cashflow and general banking experience. This opportunity will suit proactive lawyers with experience advising lenders, borrowers, intermediaries or investors across the full transaction lifecycle, combined with sound commercial judgement and a collaborative approach.
