Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading UK commercial law firm to appoint a Banking Associate / Senior Associate into its Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester or Reading practice. The Opportunity

This Banking Associate / Senior Associate position provides a broad practice spanning general banking, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset based lending. The successful candidate will support a diverse client base on high value matters involving complex debt structures and international stakeholders.

Practice Focus

The team advises on facility agreements, LMA agreements, credit agreements, unitranche financing, mezzanine and second lien structures, alongside real estate acquisitions, investments, developments and portfolio financings. The varied scope offers excellent opportunities for continued learning, professional development and involvement in business development.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be qualified to practise in England and Wales, or an equivalent jurisdiction, with four to seven years of post qualification experience and strong banking experience. This opportunity will suit lawyers who combine technical and negotiation strength with excellent drafting, commercial judgement, attention to detail and a collaborative, client focused approach.
