Our client is seeking an Aviation Finance Solicitor to join its market leading Aviation and Asset Finance Group. The successful candidate will advise pioneering domestic and international market participants, working on complex, cross border matters alongside experienced colleagues across multiple disciplines.

The Role:

• Advise domestic and international aviation finance clients on legal and commercial matters.
• Draft clear, concise legal documents and develop practical, commercially sound solutions.
• Work within cross border and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support business development, networking and thought leadership initiatives.

The Person:

• 2 to 5 years’ relevant post qualification experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent technical, critical thinking and drafting skills.
• Commercial awareness and sound judgement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptability and openness to feedback.
