We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global manufacturer, for an Aftersales Manager. This exciting role involves overseeing all aspects of global customer care and support, with a special focus on continuous improvement and expanding success within the Americas. Based in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, and reporting directly to the Head of Customer Care & Aftercare, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and customer service.

The Role:
- Lead and manage the global Customer Care & Aftercare team, including Service Engineers and Coordinators.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic customer care initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental policies while fostering a "safety-first" culture.
- Regularly engage with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Oversee the use of Salesforce CRM for managing customer interactions and warranty tracking.
The Person:
- A higher education degree in a technical discipline with at least 5 years of customer care experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach, willing to “roll up sleeves” when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service ethos.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
