The Role:

  • This is a ‘people first’ role. You will be dealing directly with clients via email/phone calls and face to face, managing schedules, setting appointments. You will be trusted with confidential information and at times will handle information with the utmost discretion.
  • You will be autonomous and responsible for your own workload - handling correspondence, providing a seamless and quick follow up for clients, ensuring your time is effectively managed and operational tasks are completed smoothly.
  • Maintaining company records and CRM systems: Ensuring that all company records, both physical and digital, are up-to-date, organised, and easily accessible. Managing CRM systems to track customer interactions and client information accurately.
  • Accurate and thorough documentation: Taking responsibility for ensuring that all documents, including contracts, reports, and communications, are recorded meticulously and in compliance with business standards.
  • Providing high-level client service internally and externally: Delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients, addressing queries promptly, resolving issues efficiently and fostering positive relationships.

The Person:

  • You are a people person, wanting to help others, and have a strong customer background
  • You are confident and thorough when requesting information from clients, with high levels of confidentiality
  • You hold exceptional administration skills and are strong on databases/systems with the willingness to learn 
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in an administration position
  • You are a team player, and enjoy supporting others to achieve success
