The Role:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the full AP function, including:

• Processing invoices and ensuring timely payment
• Managing supplier statements and resolving queries
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
• Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end processes
• Collaborating with other teams to streamline financial operations

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing
• Good communication- Second language very beneficial
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
