As a specialist recruitment consultancy, Hunter Savage has always been committed to fostering growth and opportunities within the sectors we serve. Our long-standing partnership with the Northern Ireland Young Solicitor’s Association (NIYSA) has been a clear reflection of that commitment, particularly in the Legal Practice & In-House sector. We are thrilled to announce our continued partnership with the NIYSA sponsoring all  events planned for 2023.

Hunter Savage Managing Director, Ronan Savage, commented on the sustained partnership, saying, "Our relationship with NIYSA is something we genuinely treasure. Over the years, we've seen the profound impact of our collaboration, and we look forward to working closely with this year’s committee."

The NIYSA is an esteemed organisation with an aim to represent and advance the interests of young solicitors in Northern Ireland, promote the legal profession, organise educational and social activities, and encourage contact with other young solicitors’ Associations and professions. Membership is automatic for every solicitor who has not reached ten years’ post qualification experience (PQE).

The theme for 2023, 'Future of the Profession', resonates with our vision at Hunter Savage. We wholeheartedly support the committee's focus on the three key areas: Education & Career Development; Social Networking; and Mental Health & Well-being. A significant and exciting announcement from the NIYSA committee is the establishment of a new role - 'Member Engagement Officer', to be fulfilled by Katherine Macauley. This position will concentrate on increasing member engagement and building links with local solicitor associations across Northern Ireland - a testament to the forward-thinking approach that the association embodies.

At Hunter Savage, we pride ourselves on our specialised approach to recruitment in the legal sector. Our experienced consultants have a profound understanding of the legal landscape across the UK & Ireland. This knowledge, coupled with our wide market experience and deep sector insight, ensures that we provide the highest level of service to both candidates and employers alike. We're looking forward to working closely with the NIYSA and contributing to a successful year of events, conversations, and collaborations.
