Paddy McAllister – Promoted to Principal Consultant

Paddy plays a key role in our Financial Services & Insurance division, recruiting across the island of Ireland. His ability to understand the needs of his clients, combined with his knowledge of the financial services and insurance markets and dedication to candidate care, has earned him a reputation for delivery, reliability and integrity. Paddy has also supported the development of newer consultants and is a natural leader within our team.

Nedas Maciulaitis – Promoted to Senior Consultant

Nedas specialises in Engineering & Operations recruitment, with a particular focus on the fast-paced FMCG sector. In a short time, he has built strong relationships with a portfolio of manufacturing and engineering clients across the island of Ireland. Known for his drive, attention to detail, and candidate-first approach, Nedas’ promotion is a testament to his progress and potential.
